Shipping policy

1. - General

The time frames indicated on the Site are the usual average time frames and correspond to processing and shipping times. The products are delivered by the Post Office or other carrier to the delivery address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. When the customer orders several products at the same time and these have different shipping times, the order shipping time is based on the longest time frame. Nomad reserves, however, the possibility of splitting shipments. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for one shipment. Nomad cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in transport. Any order not shipped within 30 days of the order will be cancelled unless otherwise stipulated and announced in the offer to sell.

2. - Delays

Product delivery times vary depending on product availability. The delivery of the products ranges from 5 days to 3 weeks. Nomad agrees to notify the customer as soon as possible if the deadline is not met. Exceeding these deadlines cannot result in any cancellation of the order, reduction of the price paid by the customer, or payment for damages, as long as the customer is delivered within 30 working days of the confirmation of his order. Assuming the property is unavailable within 30 days, after customer information, Nomad will reimburse the customer.
